A series of photographs capturing the first retail space of Paracia, a contemporary footwear brand, in Conde Duque, Madrid.
The renovation, led by KAL A and architect Carlota Álvarez, blends historical charm with modern functionality. The project began by uncovering the original raw space, removing false ceilings and claddings to reveal the building's authentic character. A unified reference line at 2.30m separates the historical elements from the store’s new design, with painted floors and walls creating a neutral, cohesive backdrop.
